Riverside is proudly managed by The Reserve & Co, a boutique estate and venue management collective specialising in premium Southern Highlands properties.

Founded by Tom, The Reserve & Co oversees guest experience, event delivery and long-term stewardship across each estate under its care. The focus is simple — protect the property, elevate the experience and ensure every gathering feels deliberate rather than improvised.

This is hands-on management, not passive hosting.

Meet Tom

Riverside is overseen by Tom, founder of The Reserve & Co and long-time estate and venue manager in the Southern Highlands.

With a genuine love for property, atmosphere and well-executed gatherings, Tom takes a hands-on approach to every stay and event hosted at Riverside. His focus is not simply on logistics, but on how a space feels — how guests move through it, gather within it and remember it long after they leave.

Whether coordinating larger-scale celebrations or welcoming intimate private stays, Tom brings calm oversight behind the scenes so that each occasion unfolds naturally and effortlessly.
